HomeSnag offers the most coverage of any snagging company through our 11 surveyors across the country. We cover the majority of England, North and South Wales. There are some areas that are out of reach however: To find out if we cover where your new build property is located,  you can either call our office (open 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday) or find out by booking online....

Our online booking process could not be easier and takes only a few minutes:

1: Choose your survey

The first stage is choosing between either a PCI (Pre-Completion Inspection) or Snagging Survey (Post-completion).

2: Enter property postcode 

Then enter in first part of the postcode of your new build property in the box presented. If you are unsure what it is, the start of postcode of the developers sales office will be fine.

3: Choose date and property type

We attend certain regions on specific days. On some days there may be some larger house types showing as Fully Booked, in which case we don't have the time that particular day to attend. But if you choose dates it will show when we are free.

4: Enter in property info and pay deposit

You can choose optional extras such as video walkthoughs and window measurements. Once you have entered in the property and contact info, we will collect £49 to reserve the date. We will charge this same card upon completion of the survey.
