In line with the latest guidelines and format provided by the NHQB (the New Homes Quality Board), HomeSnag are at the forefront of carrying out pre completion inspections (PCI's) across England and Wales. Released in 2022, this was implemented to give homeowners a checklist carried out by a surveyor that summarises the condition of the property before moving in. Beforehand, it was common for developers to refuse us access to carry out snagging surveys, but the New Build Ombudsman changed this (alongside other rules) for developers to follow.

Although this is by nature a checklist, our survey will differ vs. other snagging companies or surveyors offering it.  The benefit of our Pre Completion Inspection includes:
