It is also suitable for houses that have been completely converted as shown in the example report below. We raise snags in a photographic pdf report alongside an excel version, sent to you within 48 hours.
The cost of the survey is the same for a new-build from a developer which we base on bedroom size. When booking you will be asked for completion date which is where it is best to inform us it is a refurbished / converted property.
