External Snagging Inspection

When arriving to your new build house we inspect external snags ranging from leaking gutters to missing fixings and ground conditions. Note that we do not inspect the externals on apartments.

Internal Snagging Inspection

Most of the time your snagger will spend will be inside the new-build property; checking everything from levels to paintwork. On average we raise more than 150 issues.
