Free Snagging Guide & Excel Template

Please feel free to use this basic free snagging template (tick-sheet) and an excel spreadsheet to collate your findings and send to your builder. This is only a basic guide for customers to check for some of the issues we find on snagging inspections; ranging from a lack of insulation to heating issues.
